Come join us from 6-8pm for an evening of fun, laughter, exercise and snacks! Bring your friends and family. All levels are welcome. You do not need to be a member of our Gold’s Gym Richmond Family to attend!*

All sessions are 15 minutes long, and participants will move through each station, with a group warm-up at the beginning, and group finisher followed by a social at the end.
