TT - Bootcamp Descriptions

GoldsFit Bootcamp

This session is for beginners or anyone who wants to review movement, is coming back to exercise from an extended break, or from injury and is cleared to begin exercise again. It will cover all basic movements that are the essential building blocks for developing good movement.

Program changes each month so each participant has a chance to master the basics, get stronger and have more energy! No worrying about have to learn something new or complicated every session. Come join the fun and get stronger together! Program will progress so don't miss the fun!

GoldsStrong Bootcamp

Any level exerciser can participate in GoldsStrong, but 4 weeks of GoldsFit is strongly recommended before beginning GoldsStrong to build a good foundation of movement skills.

Ideal for those individuals wanting to build strength in a safe, yet fun and challenging environment that will provide friendly competition! These sessions are scalable for all levels. Come ready to work!

GoldsBurn Bootcamp

Most advanced metabolic workout of all the Team Training sessions. No exercises are below intermediate/advanced level. This is for advanced participants.

If you feel you are up for a challenge, come try this out and take your fitness - and fat burning - to a new level! Torch fat, build skill and strength, and take your cardiovascular training to new heights. GoldsBurn Bootcamp can change your body!

TRX Suspension Trainer

TRX Team Training is appropriate for all levels to attend the same session! There are many ways to make an exercise appropriate for everyone with the very popular TRX Trainer. Come have fun, get strong and burn fat using your own bodyweight!

  • What is Team Training?

    Team Training is personal training performed in a small group format, so you can enjoy the fun, energetic atmosphere of a group setting but still benefit from the personal attention and coaching of a personal training session! It's the best of both settings in our new Bootcamp format!

  • Which Bootcamp is right for me?

  • What are the Bootcamp formats?
