KETTLEBELL KRUSH

You have seen kettlebells in the gym for a while now, but do you actually know what to do with this versatile tool? This unique piece of equipment is a complete gym! Join Kettlebell Krush Team Training to learn how to safely use a kettlebell. Sessions will range from learning to high intensity, so be ready! All levels are welcome, learn at your own pace in this safe personal training environment. It is scalable for all fitness levels.

Learn strength from the inside out and take your fitness - and fat burning - to a new level! Torch fat, build skill and strength and take your cardiovascular training to a new level. Kettlebell Krush can change your body!

BOSU BLAST

Fun, engaging and FULL body, this Team Training will challenge you in new ways using the BOSU Balance trainer!

Ideal for those individuals wanting to challenge balance and endurance (and burn fat!) in a safe, yet fun and challenging personal training environment that will provide friendly competition! These sessions are scalable for all levels. Come ready to work!

H.I.I.T. HAMMERFEST

Think you have been challenged before? You are guaranteed to find new challenges and fun - and find those abs! - in this high-intensity Team Training session. This will take your boot camp experience up a notch. Not for the faint of heart. But if you want results in a safe personal training environment, then this is for you! Still building experience and endurance but feeling a little nervous? You will not be left behind in this Team Training. Build skill, build confidence and find your inner warrior!

TRX FULL BODY CONDITIONING

Anything goes in this Fun, Full Body, challenging Team Training workout using the TRX Suspension Trainer, your bodyweight, and other equipment. TRX Team Training is appropriate for all levels to attend the same session! Come have fun, get strong and burn fat using your own bodyweight!

  • What is Team Training?

    Team Training is personal training performed in a small group format, so you can enjoy the fun, energetic atmosphere of a group setting but still benefit from the personal attention and coaching of a personal training session! It's the best of both settings in our new Bootcamp format!

  • Which Bootcamp is right for me?

    A description of each format is on our website, and a video link with a demo is also available by clicking the link for each Bootcamp. We have something for everyone! Contact Team Training Lead, Ann Burns for additional questions or to assess which format suits your goals!

  • What are the Bootcamp formats?

    We offer four different formats: GoldsFit, GoldsStrong, GoldsBurn and TRX. Contact our Team Training Lead, Ann Burns for more information.

  • Is there an additional cost for Team Training?

    Yes, because Team Training is personal training. These Bootcamps are designed to be focused on you and your goals.
